Brooke Shelton is a perinatal, child and family therapist and clinical social worker who works with many parents and families who have experienced current or past losses. Her approach is informed by the psychodynamic model and attachment theory to think about relationships. She works with new parents and families who’ve lost babies or children, or where there have been past losses. In this podcast she discusses some insights and strategies for parents who are grieving to support their parenting through difficult times.
